Common questions.

Is there really a free tier?

Yes. Free is not a limited trial. You get 250,000 training records, unlimited models up to a soft cap of 10, all insights (SHAP, Feature Stability Score, lift curves), and the Claude AI assistant. The only things you don't get are export, writeback, and the Live API. Train a model on your real CRM data, see your AUC, and decide from there.

What does the Pro 14-day trial include?

Every Pro feature, unlocked. You'll provide a payment method at checkout, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial from the Stripe customer portal and you'll owe nothing.

What's the difference between Engagement+ and regular engagement features?

Every tier gets base engagement features (raw counts, days since last activity, per-window aggregates). Engagement+ adds IV sweep (finds the optimal time windows automatically), category breakdowns (which campaign or form types drive conversion), and decay tuning (weights recent engagement more heavily). Bigram sequence detection (for example, "Webinar then Demo") is Enterprise-only.

How does Enterprise billing work?

Enterprise runs on annual contracts with invoice billing (NET 30). Pricing starts at $1,500 per month and scales with record volume, connected CRMs, and required modules. Click "Talk to sales" to start a conversation and get a quote.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro directly from the app, self-serve. Downgrade from Pro to Free from the Stripe customer portal, which also handles cancellations. Enterprise contracts are managed by sales. API tier and Intelligence Bundle add-ons can be added or swapped mid-subscription and are prorated.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cached CRM data is purged within 24 hours of disconnecting. Account data (models, runs, settings) is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back, then permanently deleted. Full details are in the privacy policy.
