1. What we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, and company name provided during registration via Google OAuth.
- CRM data. When you connect your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or another supported platform), we access object metadata, field schemas, and record data as authorized by your OAuth permissions. Used exclusively to train models and generate scores for your organization.
- Model configuration. Score definitions, success criteria, field selections, and filter rules you configure within the platform.
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, and actions taken in the product.
- Technical data. Browser type, device information, IP address, and error logs.
