1. Service description

ax1om is a predictive scoring platform helping go-to-market teams identify prospects using first-party CRM data. The platform connects via OAuth, builds machine learning models, and returns scores through dashboards, APIs, and CRM updates. ax1om works exclusively with your organization's data and does not provide third-party enrichment or share data between customers.

2. Your data

You own your data. ax1om claims no ownership over it. You grant ax1om a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service, including model training and score generation. This license terminates upon account deletion or CRM disconnection.

3. CRM connections

ax1om connects to CRM platforms through standard OAuth flows, requesting only the permissions necessary for metadata reading, record retrieval, and optional score writing. You can revoke access at any time through ax1om or through your CRM provider's settings.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to access other organizations' data.
  • Reverse-engineering ax1om's algorithms.
  • Violating applicable law.
  • Exceeding API rate limits.
  • Sharing credentials across accounts.
  • Uploading data you lack rights to process.

5. Service tiers and billing

ax1om offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers with different features and pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds. Trial accounts revert to the Free tier unless upgraded. Pricing changes require 30 days of notice for existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual property

ax1om retains all rights to its platform, software, algorithms, and models. Model outputs (scores, feature importance rankings, and analytics) generated from your data are yours to use. Underlying algorithms remain ax1om's property.

7. AI assistant

ax1om includes an AI assistant for platform navigation and configuration. The assistant's suggestions are informational and should not be treated as professional advice.

8. Availability and support

ax1om targets 99.9% uptime without formal guarantee. Scheduled maintenance receives advance notice when feasible. For support, contact [email protected]. Typical response time is one to two business days.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ax1om bears no responsibility for business decisions based on predictions. Liability caps at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You indemnify ax1om from claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or data you submit to the platform.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Texas state or federal courts, to whose jurisdiction you consent.

12. Termination and changes

You may close your account at any time via the platform or by contacting support. ax1om may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or after 12 months of inactivity. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination. Term changes require 30 days of notice, and continued use of the service after that notice constitutes acceptance.

13. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and ax1om. ax1om may choose not to enforce a right without waiving it. Assignment requires written consent.
